Pet Food Recall: Blue Buffalo Dog Food Recall

As of May 31^st, 2016, the Blue Buffalo Company located in Connecticut has announced that they will be recalling their Life Protection Formula Dog Food product. The recall was determined due to the presence of what is described as “excessive moisture and mold” in the food. The below product has been included in the recall:

Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Fish and Sweet Potato Recipe (30 lb bag)

Fortunately, the recall is not far-reaching since only this one isolated batch of product seems to have been contaminated. Any customers who have purchased this product may receive a full refund, and any official complaints may be filed here.
